Got an automated message from this number threatening to 'get me arrested' if I didn't call back. I get a lot of (02) calls that are scams originating from Newcastle, scam paradise it seems.
Got a call from this number with a recorded message saying they were the ATO...
Probly just a scam.
I received a call from this number an hour ago. He was trying to threaten me re a law suit getting filed in my name. He didn't leave any of his details neither addressed me and left a voice mail. Looks scam.
Scam. Robotic voice left a message saying there was an arrest warrant after me. And if I took no action I would be arrested. Very silly, didn’t bother attempting to call back.
Computerised male voice claiming to be representing the ATO. Stated that my name was involved in an upcoming law suit and that I was to call back on the number (that I couldn't write down as I had nothing near me at the time to cater for random scam calls), as soon as possible. Reeks of a phishing scam.
