I picked up. There was a telephone delay (call centre) and then a voice "Hello?" from a woman, in an Australian accent, it seemed recorded, it was defiantly not a voice of an average person as the telephone delay you could hear in the background was of a call centre. I have noticed lately they use a voice prompt service more than a natural person.
