Received this call - on my SILENT, UNlisted landline at 2058 AWST.

Did '*69' and got number as 9 542 1259.

Caller initially asked for a named person, told they have wrong number, they responded by asking if I was in front of my computer.... Laughed and hung up on them !

Call-back service above allowed a Return Call by pressing "1". - Resulting in "Optus regrets... This number is disconnected" manually dialling got same result, and all variations, same.... Sounds suss, AND sophisticated enough to block 'Call-Backs'.

Suggest you do NOT 'pick up' if your phone displays this number. Never ever use the word "Yes", in case this is a phishing scam to record YOUR voice... Saying "Yes" ....
