I strongly believe this caller is involved in a scam. I urge the telecommunications company to take appropriate action and consider canceling this phone number.
Phishing Scam - Claims to be Kate Wilson from Allknd (a legitimate charity) seeking donations over the phone. The charity is based in Sydney, but this is a spoofed Qld number. "She" has called me before - most likely a chat bot. She will give you Allknd's ABN & 1300 number, but insists she can take your donation without security codes etc. And suggests $35. Don't do it. Go to their website allknd. Org if you really want to donate.
I received a call from a kind fundraiser associated with Cairns City, Queensland. They've called me for five consecutive days without leaving a message. When I called back, it turned out to be an automated system representing the fundraiser.
When I called back the number there was a message saying they were from a charity call ALLKND. I hung up so didn’t listen to the rest of the message.
