This number actually belongs to AGL, or at least their outsourced call center, which is following up on overdue accounts.

FRAUD - do not give any details!!! If any calls have a 3+ second delay in them talking - it is a SCAM. This one is claiming AGL and that your account is in debt. Knew straight away it was a scam - we have 4 accounts with AGL - both electricity and Internet (all in credit) but they could not tell me which account unless I answered their ID verification of my personal details.

A man named Dillon called me claiming to be from AGL regarding an overdue amount on my account. When I asked him for details, he said he couldn’t access that information at the moment, which raised a red flag for me. He then attempted to pressure me into making a payment over the phone. I plan to contact AGL directly to report this.

I answered the call, but there was nobody on the line, just some clicks in the background. I suspect this is spam, so I have blocked the number to prevent further annoyance.

When I called this number back, they claimed to be AGL, but I was surprised to hear that every representative seemed to have a strong Indian accent. It's evident that this is a scam operation, as they are not as clever as they think.

A caller with a heavy Indian accent, claiming to be from AGL, contacted me about connecting me to their overdue accounts department regarding my electricity bill. The call seemed very suspicious and poorly executed, leading me to believe this is a scam. I suggest hanging up or playing along briefly before ending the call.
