I was on hold with a robotic women’s south East Asian voice message said,” Welcome to Diamond Plaza. Your call is important to us. Please wait while. I waited just to hear what this scam was all about. When came round to my turn, the line was cut. I blocked and reported the number.
When I called this number back, a robotic female voice responded with, "Welcome to Diamond Plaza. Your call is important to us. You are third in the queue." After researching the number online, I found concerning information about it, so I have since blocked the number.

I was placed on hold during a call with an automated message spoken in a South East Asian accent, saying, "Welcome to Diamond Plaza. Your call is important to us." After waiting, the call was abruptly disconnected before I could learn more, so I blocked and reported this number.

I spoke with a male caller who claimed there was an issue with my eBay account, suggesting that someone was using it without my permission. I informed him that I do not have an eBay account, but he continued to insist otherwise as if my response meant nothing. I eventually told him that I would contact eBay directly to resolve this matter. He had a noticeable Indian accent, and his English was fluent.
The caller tried to create a fake story claiming that my network was hacked and offered dubious solutions. When I mentioned that I wasn't at home and asked for a callback number, he became confrontational, questioning, "Why are you not at home at that time?". I responded, "Believe it or not, some people work for a living," and he abruptly ended the call, which was quite amusing to me.
After receiving a call from this number, I called back to hear a robotic message in a Southeast Asian woman's voice that stated, "Welcome to Diamond Plaza. Your call is important to us. Please wait." This made me suspicious, so I decided to block the number.
State they are from Telstra and my IP address has been changed from private to public. Scam beware.
