What Our Users Reviewed
Number given by a caller from "MCHELPER" wishing to refund us some money.
To get the refund we just had to fill in a form sent "directly to your computer".
To do this they wanted me to allow them to log into my computer.
They didn't use those words, but that's what they wanted to do, and would have installed a virus or encryption which would have required paying a fee to recover.
I declined their kind, criminal offer after arguing with them about sending an email or fax for the refund form.
Beware of these scammers.
They are pretending to call from Brisbane but are located in India judging by accent, voice delay and very ordinary VOIP voice quality.
