There isn’t much to report since my phone company, Telstra, intercepts all scam calls and blocks them effectively.

Scam caller.

I received a call from this number but did not answer it. They did not leave a message. After hearing others' experiences, I'm very glad I didn't pick up as it seems like this is a rude scammer.

I spoke with someone named 'Steve' from a company named 'Levitate', but when I asked for clarification about where he was calling from, he refused to repeat himself and abruptly hung up. This interaction was very confusing and suspicious.

My mobile ph rang but it was an unknown one. I answered it anyway.

I said 'yes, hello'. A young aussie-sounding bloke answered 'Hi, this is Steve from LEVITATE'.

I've had this mob ring me past few days, so I yelled back at the bloke 'Wrong number' and hung up on him!

The caller introduced himself as Steve from Levitate but became irritated when I asked him to repeat where he was calling from. He was familiar with my name and asked if I was the intended recipient of the call and if I was currently employed. When I requested to be removed from his call list, he bluntly refused and hung up.

I received a call from a man named Steve, who asked for me by name. When I questioned whether it was a cold call, he confirmed that it was. I expressed that I wasn’t interested, and he promptly hung up the phone on me.

I answered the call, and the caller introduced himself. However, when I asked for more information because I was in a meeting, he reacted negatively and said, "Why do you pick up calls in meetings?" before hanging up. This interaction felt very unprofessional and seemed like a scam.

I found the caller to be extremely rude. I explained that I was in a meeting, and their response was inappropriately dismissive, questioning my decision to answer the call. This is clearly a scammer wasting my time.

I received a call from this number where the caller, who identified himself as Steve from a company called Levitate, became annoyed when I asked for clarification. He claimed to be from an information service and repeatedly asked if I was the person he mentioned. When I pressed for details about the call, he got irritated and abruptly hung up. The call felt suspicious and unprofessional.

Guy says from ”levitate” doing a super health check up” hung up on him. Do not give any info to these people or speak to them as they use your voice recognition to access your accounts. Looking at the ASIC site, they are about to be de registered. BLOCK, AVOID, DO NOT SPEAK TO THEM!

I received a call from this number. The man ask if my name was.............. I asked what was it about. He said he worked for a company Levitate who helps working people. Then asked was he speaking to............. Its a yes or no answer. I told him that there are so many scams nowadays that I choose not to answer the question. He became very abrupt in his tone and said to me "Oh are you living in America, cause this doesn't happen her in Australia." and then he hung up.

I previously blocked the number 0489 997 562 last week, and now I am receiving calls from this new number instead. It seems to be the same entity trying to reach me again.

They hung up, before I could answer. Suspected spam.

Same, extremely busy with urgent stuff at workplace, I just said "sorry, we are a bit busy at the moment.." and haven't finished the sentence, he hangs me up. Very rude, and impolite. No respect at all for such a marketing scam call - where is your ethics, dude, scam should at least give us a nice tone.

I got a call from this number. Well spoke dude opens the conversation and says that this is not a marketing call when it is one. Wasting my time, he sounds very loud, rude, doesn't let me say one thing. While I got this call, I was at client site and about to get into an important meeting. I am sick and tired of these guys doing multiple follow-up calls. I have blocked their number and searched for the number so that I can report.

I was in a meeting and expecting a call.

Picked up a call from the rudest guy ever.

Said I couldn't speak because I was in the middle of the meeting and he said: if I were you, I wouldn't pick up a call in the middle of a meeting! And hung up on me.

Scam.

The caller identified themselves as "Levitate" and appears to be trying to sell insurance or some kind of product. Their attempts at scamming people continue to be a concern for many.

The caller identified himself as working for Levitate and claimed he wanted to do a health check on my superannuation. After I stated that my super was fine and I had a financial advisor, he rudely accused me of lying and hung up.

I received a call from a company named Levitate. When I attempted to call them back, I reached an answering service. I suspect this might be a scam.
