I got a call from 0489994801 at 11:22 AM today,18 February 2025. No message was left and my phone flagged it as Spam when incoming. I note that this number starts with the same 7 digits - 0489 994 - as two other suspicious calls received over the past few days. It is my belief the same outfit is behind all of the calls, and they have a bank of numbers created for the purpose of nuisance calls - scams or otherwise.
