A male with thick accent just called me to say that he was from Telstra advising “my internet had been hacked”. He then continued to talk over me and addressed me as “Mrs Jones” (not my name) and said “this very much serious important Telstra data breach” (actual wording used).

I merely said “excuse me” and was then yelled at and sworn at before being hung up on.
