I believe this to be a scam. Receptionist to quick to state the name of the company. Receptionist talks over hold music. Supposed caller (I called the number back after I missed the initial call) and the receptionist spoke to each other, which I could hear to announce who I was which seems very unprofessional and it was about changing my superannuation company. I also noticed a discrepancy when I told them the name of a superannuation company that has a brilliant reputation and won an award in 2021, only to have the guy tell me that the name of the company changed over 20 years ago, which is untrue as it has changed names about 5 years ago. The guy got so frustrated when I said I wasn’t interested in changing that he actually challenged me about it in an attempt to try to make me out to be stupid, by suggesting that he bet that I had changed phone or energy companies over the years to get a better deal and couldn’t understand why I wouldn’t follow his lead. Don’t fall for these idiots. Nothing about them seemed anywhere near close to being professional. I just merely played dumb to get as much proof as possible for this review.
