This scammer tried to scam my client into paying a bill that didn't exist. I question the account number as it didn't match up with my clients Optus account number. The teller couldn't answer my question, so she put me on hold for 10 minutes to speak to her 'manger'
I googled the number I called her on and found out it's all a scam!!!

This number is a scamming company trying to say they are Optus telling me I have a $525 phone bill and if I don’t pay it my credit rating will be damaged.
I’ve spoken to my provider and there is no such amount owing even if it went to recovery debt Optus or anyone associated with Optus team would never us that number provided.
