I received a call yesterday, on November 27, 2024, from a woman named Brenda who said she was from ANZ and mentioned a specific amount of $1299. I did not respond to the call and hung up. I believe this might be a recurring scam as the caller's number was from the UK (+44 1271 879 704).
Same here on 248 and 245. And 0485 973 430 a couple of days ago. I don't answer unknown calls any more. If they don't leave a message I just block straightway. Seems to be an increase in activity over the last week or so.
