Don't bother answering its a scam call.
It's a Chinese scam.
Chinese scammer pretending to be from "pandemic unit". Just hang up and block!
I received a voicemail from this number that was pre-recorded and in an Asian language. I chose not to return the call.
After not answering the call, I received a message that claimed there was a problem with my visa. The robotic message instructed me to press one for English or two for Chinese, then continued with unclear instructions. This clearly seems to be a scam.
