Today 5 mins ago. I received a call on this number. Because this number began with 04 I called the number back only to get a message saying that the mail box was full. I believe that it is a scam call. I do not answer numbers from 02 or 03 as I know nobody that have those numbers. What can they do if you have answered or returned this call?
