Chinese embassy scam call.
Yet another scam. Pretending to be from a provider (it changes every time) and that there is an issue with your phone or account. Robot call. Block this number and all the others that will surely also follow. Our phone system is a global joke and too easy for scammers, thats why they put the time into Australia instead of somewhere else.

Its a scam.
Spam call claiming to be Telstra and claiming that phone was behaving strangely.
Chinese accent and switched to a Chinese language version immediately after brief spiel ended.
Clearly a scam.
I called this number back, and the message was delivered in Chinese, which I couldn’t understand.
I received an automated message stating, "Your number will be deactivated in 2 hours. For English, press 1; for Chinese, press 2." The message then switched to what sounded like Mandarin Chinese before the call was disconnected.
A voicemail was left by this number, which was a robocall. The message offered language options: "For English, press 1. For Chinese, press 2."
I received calls from this number on the 13th, followed by another call on the 14th from a number ending in 108.
I missed a call from this unknown number and received a text a few minutes later saying a voicemail was left. Listening to it, I heard a stern-sounding woman saying my service had been blocked and gave options to press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese. I quickly hung up and blocked the caller.

Got a text today from this number asking to download something. Deleted and blocked number.
Received call today from this number. It rang 6 times. Did not answer as I suspected it was a scam.
