Got a call from a lady with a posh English accent asking for my old name from a decade ago. Told her no idea who she’s after, and she figured it was a wrong number and hung up. Such a classic scammer move! Glad I saw through it.

My concern kicked in when the first words out of the lady's mouth were, "Do you have a home loan?" Just felt a bit off, mate. I'm better off ringing my broker instead!

So, I got this chick named Lynn calling from some place called NuPath, right? Couldn't catch her full name or the company’s details properly. She was mumbling about a competition or some email about home loans and got all flustered when I asked where my info came from. Talk about shady! Seems something Iffy is going on here.

This 485934612 number is a piece of work! Elizabeth from NuPath straight up harassed me about investment property info – unsolicited and unwanted! Definitely reporting these guys to ACMA. Enough is enough!

Hey, I’m with you on this one! I got a call from someone who sounded like “New Pass” instead of NuPath, and it was all kinds of confusing. I brought up my mortgage, and before I knew it, I asked to be removed from their list; they surprisingly said yes. Still a bit shady though, might want to tread lightly!

Just another dodgy call that rang once and skedaddled—definitely not the real deal!

This number popped up out of the blue, but I didn’t answer. Did a bit of digging online and saw other folks flagged it as a scam. I've blocked it—cheers to everyone who reported!

This number rang me, but when I greeted them twice, all I got was dead air before they hung up. Blocked them faster than you can say 'dodgy!''

This scammer called wanting my private info, but I ain't falling for that! Gave them a taste of silence before hanging up.

Called from NuPath, said a mate gave him my number about a nonexistent mortgage. When I asked for their ABN, he just froze. That made him hang up real fast! 😂

I didn't recognize this number, so I didn't answer. However, the voicemail I received was from someone named Elizabeth, who spoke clearly and identified herself as being from New Path while asking how I was.

I received a call from a woman claiming to be from a scam organization. She refused to disclose how they obtained my personal information but wanted to ask questions about my mortgage.

Mortgage scam - nu pass or something. Many have complained\reported but obviously nothing has been done by the relevant agencies. Some girl who sounds Australian looking for vulnerable victims. Time to get my call flooder software going perhaps seeing as government is clearly useless.

I received a call but was met with silence and muffled noises in the background. Based on other reports, I suspect this is a scam call.

They called attempting to obtain my IP address, claiming there was an issue with my connection. When I mentioned that I had searched for the number online and suspected it was a scam, they abruptly hung up.

I ignored this number's call five times because I knew it was a scam. When I finally answered on the sixth call, I told them to stop calling since I clearly did not want to speak to them.

I chose not to answer because I frequently receive spam calls from numbers starting with 0485. It seems that my instinct was correct this time too.

I have received three phone calls from this number on the following dates: December 12, 2023; March 21, 2024; and May 16, 2024. I did not answer any of these calls, as my phone identified them as suspected spam.

A lady left a message on my phone that was unclear. After researching it here, it seems she was from a company with a name similar to Newpass or Nupass. Google flagged this as spam, and I completely agree that this number is indeed spam.

NUPATH get their details from companies like EMBR & COHORT and other led generation firms. Time to report them all to ACMA.

NuPath at Varsity Lakes, Queensland Part of Gold Coast (Scammer Haven). Female on phone claimed to have my details from a 'lifestyle survey'. All nonsense. They get our information that is on sold by 3rd and 4th parties. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION and asked to be taken off their database. I have lodged their details with ACMA, ACCC & ASIO. If they persist on calling, ask them the source of their database. Their way of introducing themselves to clients is unprofessional.

Apparently, my data from realestate. Com was sold to Company called new pass They were trying to convince me to change my mortgage. They are mortgage brokers so they say.

A female caller left a voice message asking, "Is this Sharon?" That was the entirety of her message.

I blocked this scamming caller as they were clearly trying to deceive. This number should be avoided.

I received an unsolicited spam call on my mobile phone. Fortunately, my phone automatically blocked it as spam. I suggest reporting these individuals to ACMA and the police, as they are lowlifes who should face consequences for their scamming attempts.

This caller seems to have personal information about me, including my name and phone number. Their knowledge made me feel uneasy and worried about my privacy being compromised.

It seems like this call is related to attempting to persuade people to switch their mortgage providers.

This company claims to help save you money on your mortgage by negotiating better terms with your existing lender or finding a new lender, who pays them a commission. I am unsure if their services are legitimate.

I received a voicemail from an unknown caller that contained only muffled noises. This seems like a potential scam tactic intended to prompt a callback.

Had a missed call from this number. When I called back, it didn't even ring and someone answered who knew me by name. It was a company claiming to be 'helping people who are paying off a home loan'.

I answered the call but did not say anything, so the caller hung up after a brief moment.

Answered the call and kept saying hello. No one was there. When I called back, goes to a recorded robotic message. Have blocked the number as it’s obvious spam.

The caller stated that I was in the process of paying off a mortgage, which is puzzling because I haven't had a mortgage in many years. I ended the call abruptly.

This number showed up as spam on my caller ID, so I decided not to pick up the call.

Hey whoever you are, stop calling my number! They have called me twice within 2 weeks. No message left. Typical scammer.

Upon returning the call, I reached a company referred to as "New Pass." I'm not sure what they do, but it raised my suspicion.
