Exactly as previously stated by others complete scam, besides Visa would never contact a customer from a mobile number or ask to do anything without first going through Identification.

Also received a automated message saying it was from Visa and there is an online transaction owing $1000ish. It followed with asking me to press certain numbers for payment/actions. I hung up after that and thinks it's a scam.
