This number belongs to a scammer. She and her partner pretend to sell football cards on market place and say they don't have PayPal and ask for Pay ID. Once money is sent you can't do anything because you voluntarily send the money there is no come back. Banks can try to get money back but she has to want to return the money. She stole $200 from me and have found others her and her partner have scammed.
