What Our Users Reviewed
Had a call today from a Michelle. Same as above stating had agreed to a publication which I had not. Said I was busy and would call them back have tried no answer. This happened to me around the same time last year. Big fat scam.
Same as above. Very smooth, says you consented some months ago and they want to send a copy of the publication to you. Also says that it is a once only contribution so he will never call again. Was essentially the reason I hung on as have had plenty of these calls and to not get another was gong to be a result. As such didn't dispute him as assumed it was an error. Gets a "disbatch" person to call again to confirm delivery address then starts talking about payment and a discount. Brad was the name of the guy on this number. Called back after conversation with disbatch and threatened if got an invoice would take it straight to a solicitor. Backed off quickly saying if I didn't consent then I wouldn't get an invoice.
Calling wanting money for a scam publication. Tries to make you believe you have asked for a follow up from a few months prior. Gets very evasive when questioned deeper. Refuses to allow access to a supervisor when asked.
