She said she was from Telstra. They knew my name ph no and old Google email. As we’d just had cyclone Alfred I thought it was National Broadband Network who I was waiting for. I asked 4 times what company she was from and she kept saying Sydney. Eventually she said she was from Telstra Billing. I said is this about my account. She said yes. So I hung up and blocked the number. I don’t have a Telstra account. Trying to take advantage of the situation after the cyclone. Not happy!!!
