Just read that the Team Viewer Quick Support app is used by fraudsters to gain access to your bank account details etc. Do NOT download it if instructed by some random on the phone. Bloody shonks!

Just received a call from this number saying they're from Amazon Prime and our subscription is up for renewal. We wanted to unsubscribe but the Asian operator said to download an app called Team Viewer Quick Support. Couldn't understsnd why the need to download a strange app when one can go to manage account settings in your Amazon account to do this. She was adamant the app was needed. Seems a bit suss. We hung up.
