I made a big purchase at JB Hi-Fi and got a notification from NAB needing me to verify it. Seems all above board to me, just good security measures in place for a hefty buy!

I received a concerning text today that included my name and the last four digits of my actual account number. The message said: "(Name), please reply YES to consent to receive your NAB Debit Card for the account number ending in ****. Thanks, NAB." I reported it, deleted the text, and sent a screenshot to NAB fraud at 0476 220 003.

Legit number from NAB. Advising that my card has been unblocked and is ready to use again. Received after I unblocked after I had blocked my card when I had misplaced my phone.

It feels like a legitimate verification because I have been using Beem frequently. However, I reported it to NAB just to be safe, and I wish the bank would respond to these concerns.
