This appears to be a phishing scam. The message claimed that a package could not be delivered due to unpaid customs fees, including a link to a fake website. It looked legitimate at first, but I noticed they sent two identical messages from two different numbers almost simultaneously.
This definitely seems like a scam. I received an identical message from a different number that was also flagged as a scam.

This is a scam! The text message requested that I pay extra postage and pretended to be from Australia Post.
On July 2, 2022, I received a text message from the number 61 4 3659 7041 directing me to a suspicious domain, aus-post-t.top. The message inaccurately claimed to be from Australia Post and asked for a $3 payment to clear a parcel through Australian Customs. I checked and found that the domain is registered in Arizona, USA, which makes this very suspect.
