He found me on Gumtree, I was advertising for a HQ Dash pad, he said he had 1 for $340.00 so I sent him the money. BSB :126560, Account: 22851450, in the name Daniel Falzon... Bank of Queensland..... On the 11 December, Money never reached him so he keeps telling me, but the bank said it did after 48 hours otherwise the money would of bounced back to me but never did.
Ive give him some time to come good on the deal next step is to get the bank to track the money on the transaction to see were it ended up and do something about it.
Everyone else should do the samething, cost you $22.00 extra but in the long run it might work out for the best to stop this, treat him as an Terrorist as he most likely getting funds to do something stupid.

I too just got done by this f@ckwit his name is Daniel Falzon he scammed me of $300 a few days ago my wife deposited $300 into his bank of Queensland account bsb 126560 acc 228551450 we will never see our money again.

Has picked his game up on the third round of messages he is very easy to confuse but and always says make an offer deals through and or ing.

One month passed he hasn't posted item and says funds didn't go in. Our bank says they did. I googled his name today and there are HUNDREDS OF VICTIMS he needs to be STOPPED he needs to be reported to POLICE he is a THIEF AND FRAUD preying on innocent people stealing from them.

He is still at it. Tried scamming me of a wanted ad I posted of Gumtree. Got photos of eBay. He is using 0431 864 518. I got a copy of his driver's license if anyone wants it.
This scam artist and repeat offender DANIEL FALZON must be named and shamed. He scammed me of $500 last month.
I kept on contacting him for my product and he kept on making excuses everyday. It got to a point that I nearly gave up. These scam artist play the game where the victim gives up and they win.
My wife and I went to his address 3 Voltaire Court Hoppers Crossing Victoria and 2 men opened the door. It looked like father and son. They tried to play dumb saying that Daniel Falzon does not live there.
They both own 2 blue Subaru cars parked I their driveway.

I just lost a massive amount to this guy he has no idea on what this has done to me...
He searches vunerable people who post “wanted to buy adverts” he gets pictures from the web and can be very convincing... He was supposed to send me something I had been saving up for, it took me over a year to get the money in my account.
Thinking I was getting a good buy I transferred the money got all ID etc off (done the usual checks people would do) obviously I didn’t think of doing a number search :(.

I went there last month and demanded my money back. He scammed me of $150 bucks for an Apple iwatch. When I turned up at his house his dad tried to make an excuse. I ended up getting my money back.
He is a serial scam artist. From reading all the negative reviews this guy is a piece of work. He has scammed 100’s of innocent people ranging from young kids to the elderly and single mums.
