Lately got an identical message from this number and another +61429625067 at the same time, telling me that my car is ready for collection. They got my car registration number and the dealler's address right! But my car was serviced a week ago, been collected and paid for.

On the 19 January 2022, I received a text from +61428509789 advising "the parts have arrived for your vehicle... (correct rego number). Please call No 6122 2233 within 7 days or KIA may requet the return of the parts". The contact number was similar to McGrath Ford except for the last two digits which is 22. I had my car serviced in November 2021 but I was not advised that my car needed reparing. Incidently KIA is currently recalling two models but not my model. I called Mc Grath Ford and was told that they were unaware of any such issue. Beware, It's a scam. I am glad that I have found this sight.
