Kleptoparasitic humans under the guise of debt collectors. In my case, a Credit Card was used abroad by 3rd parties who purchased goods with my account details. The bank disputed that I was responsible. These collectors are low level trolls who will scheme anyway possible to open a line of communication so they can attempt to manipulate the honest value producer and convince them to conceded liability of the debt and make you think that they doing you a favour by offering you a reduced fee option which is pure profit to their company.
