Scam call. Slightly different to typical machine message ones (you have a parcel can not be delivered press 1 for english,2 for Chinese). This one starts with a person asking for your name. Says Chinese consulate and they have a document for you. Scam callers says his name is SONG QingYu. These scams normally go in a few stages. First they say you have been implicated in money laundering bust (bank cards in your found - suspect you are aiding the money laundering scheme), to prove your innocence they will pass you to a fake Chinese police (they transfer your call), next guy will say you have arrest warrant (takes you to a fake website to download a fake arrest warrant). Then says you have to transfer the equal amount to them to verify and they'll return it once they have finished investigation.
This number called me 3 times within 60 seconds and managed to not leave a voicemail. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam number.
