0421974952 This is used by scammers. I received a phone call from 'Visa Mastercard fraud service' asking if I had authorised an overseas transfer to a medical account in Florida, and telling me there had been 5 attempts to access my internet banking. I am an Optus customer, so this seemed plausible. The caller -- who sounded Indian and female --knew my name but didn't ask any details from me to make sure it was me. She wanted to connect me to the bank so they could stop the payment going through, and to send me a link to verify the call was genuine. I said "this doesn't sound right. I'm not giving you anything. You can stop the payment without me doing anything". I'm not sure what they would have wanted from me--account details, I guess--but I said I would give them nothing and rang my bank to check. They told me it was a scam: there had been no attempts to access my account, there were no suspicious transactions. It was quite well done.
