Fraud and Security Scam Call Claiming to be Visa/Mastercard

A woman called and insisted she was from the Fraud and Security Unit of the Department of Visa and Mastercard. Since I know there is no such department, I hung up immediately and blocked the number. I'm surprised this is the first time anyone has reported this number.
