I received a call from someone pretending to be from cyber security. When I asked for clarification of their company, he mentioned Westpac. He claimed he needed to verify my details to cancel a large transaction supposedly being taken from my account. When I told him I was heading into a Westpac bank, he insisted that bank staff wouldn't be able to help, and he became aggressive when I questioned him. I hung up to avoid further confrontation.
