This number called me 2 times but at the third time, I think that person didn't realised that it was the voice message and I could hear other person speaking from the background. It was a telemarketer or something.

Just prior to this number showing up as a supposed missed call, I had a call from an Indonesian number which went on for quite a while with no one speaking. (Ironically I have this number still - once they jerried they had dialled out they muted & were trying to listen to us but I had muted my end ;D).
The wording on the message is VERY different to the one I ALWAYS recieve when I have missed a call & from a different provider to the one I use. The grammar is poor with many punctuation mistakes. Ironically hadnt had a missed call at all so know this must be a hoax call.
I answered on second call (missed first time) was a women with a thick Indian accent in a room where they must of been packed in like Sardines.
She mentioned something about a domain I recently mentioned.

The call for me said it was from new zealand, I answered eventually and some crazy guy speaking another language was yelling something at me, sounded spanish, I just hung up. Now I get called from 3 different numbers... About 10 times a day. In the process of blocking all 3....

It is actually calling from an overseas number, +3212893157. I have had a call from them for last week 2 times a day.

Exactly the same as the above for me. A bit of research on the number shows its disconnected but oddly the number that called me and the number that it says I have a missed call from at the exact same time are different. I.e. someone with the knowhow is hiding their real number, must be a fake, else why would anyone bother.
Message on phone reads: "No voicemail message was left. For more information on this feature free call 147 from your mobile phone." After research it seems the number could be used by Optus. Optus is not my mobile phone service provider. Don't know if a scam but annoying.
