This number called me a total of four times before I answered.
Each time I attempted to return the missed call it went into a generic voice mail.
When I finally answered the call, the man was rather brief in his explanation as to the reason for his call and went straight into questions. When I advised him I wasn't prepared to answer his questions over the phone, he rudely advised that he was not asking for my cc details and hing up.
I'd say very dodgy.
I just researched this company and the grant it is not a scam, The grant is called NRAS.
From what I can see there is funding from the government to assist with an investment property.
Now I just need to find out of the property is any good !
When I got the phone call, he introduced himself then he said, "Sorry, I think I got the wrong number". Very strange.
This man was very helpful he explained the grant in a lot of detail gave us a gov website to check out.. We had a rep come out and show us grants and incentives! This guy is not at all rude and very polite even tho I hung up on him twice then checked online and called him back and he was still very nice and certious.
Called in regards to government grants. wouldn't identify what grant it was. With some searching it is in regards to the NRAS grants for buying property. This can be done by anyone without having to have a middle man take your cut. Ignore this number.
Call from this number - very rude going on about grants; when I said I didn't understand he rudely said "I just explained it to you" and hung up on me, guess he beat me to it!

I Have spoken to a gentleman on the same number he was a very polite gentleman!! Explained the gov grant in full detail and me and my wife sat down with a rep and are now going through the process of accessing the grant to buy a property... Very professional and a very nice man.
Same with Adam, however when I told him I don't own any property he hung up on me. Tried calling back and it went to voicemail. Very strange.
Going on about government grants for houses for teachers and police very pushy would not email or post information insisted on sending a representative to our home would not say how he got my unlisted number other than it was on a government list.
Same thing and when I said I was semi retired he hung up on me!
