Messages are from a scam company. Don't click the link, its a scam.
This number delivered a fake message about a supposed unpaid toll payment and contained a hyperlink to pay the unpaid amount. The message pretends to have been sent by the toll company 'Linkt' but the hyperlink goes to a fake payment website where 'Linkt' in the address is spelled 'Linikte' and it contains a 'Pay $5.83 now' button.
The code behind the website shows it asking for your financial details and Linkt account password and some of the code is in Chinese script.
