Nastiest little scammers of them all. When he didn't get his own way came up with "Your phone will be cut off today". Of course that didn't happen as the hairy little scammer has no power. I don't believe people should not answer their phones just to avoid these scammers, instead, answer the phone and simply hang up the minute you identify a scammer. Stop letting these people control your own phone line, after all, you are paying for that privilege not them. Hanging up on them is better than running scared of them.
