I received a call from a person claiming we had agreed to install solar panels. I informed him that we are renting and had never requested solar panels. The caller became aggressive and confrontational towards my wife during the conversation.
I received a scam call from a caller with a foreign accent who was attempting to phish for my personal details.
I answered the call, a woman asked me if I had solar panels, I asked her if she was a scammer, she asked me if she had asked me such questions, I then repeated the question & asked her if she was a scammer so she hung up.
The caller attempted to provide a free health insurance comparison, but they referred to me by my alias instead of my real name. This makes me believe that they might have obtained my personal information through a website that sold my details.
This number called me a couple of times today but did not leave any message. When I answered, they hung up immediately. I suspect that this is a scam.
I attempted to return the call, but it repeatedly disconnected, leading me to suspect that this number may be associated with scammers.
