Legit business, but terrible to deal with if you are a renter due to their business model of making the home occupier responsible for online bookings. Eventually, they ring, but I don't answer calls I don't know. And you phone details are floating everywhere around the world, thanks to your landlord's agent of handballing the service booking direct to the service company. Think they also operate as Smoke Alarm Solutions according to the Filipino lass in the Phillipines, even though the ph # originates from Dandenong.

You know those annoying pest calls? This mob keeps hitting me up claiming to be Smoke Alarm Solutions. It's borderline harassment, constantly pushing their online bookings like it’s some sort of necessary evil. What a joke!

Got a call from this number that flagged as spam, but I didn't pick up. Thankfully, they left a voice message which seems to be the real deal.

So, this mob called Detector Inspector; at first, I thought it was dodgy about smoke detector testing. Usually, the property manager takes care of that, right? But turns out they’re legit and were sent by the agents, even though we got no heads-up. They keep giving these silly time slots that just don’t work for us. They should sort it out with the tenant to find a better time!

The caller seems to be legitimate as they were calling to confirm a booking I made.
