I got called by this number at work, allegedly from Outsourcy. It sounds like a chatbot with a real-person voice. It's very realistic, but the interaction made it seem like I was talking to AI. One of the give-away was the delay in responding to my words, but when I asked if it was a real person, it claimed it was. The conversation flow was very unnatural.
