I received a call from a scammer who was pretending to represent Norton 360, which raised my suspicions about their true intent.
Received call from this number. Phoned it back. They say they are from norton and I had been billed $491.00.
So I said where are you? He says Sydney. So I say you are phoning from a Melbourne phone number. It briefly goes on hold (like 2 seconds) then he says that is our head office number. So I call him out and say so you sending out emails and phoning people pretending to be from Norton, just so you can scam them out of their hard earned money. He immediately hung up.
