Upon the person at the end answering I simply said, I have received a missed call from this number and would like to know who you are and what you want? He said he is calling from Weather Ceiling Upgrade & via government funding would like to replace exhaust fans.. I replied with my building is brand new and does not require anything replaced. He said ok and hung up.
