A man called claiming to be from NAB security and mentioned that this call was being recorded for training purposes. He stated that my accounts had been hacked from New Zealand. Fortunately, I contacted NAB directly and confirmed it was a scam. This is a complete scam attempt.
This caller is posing as NAB (National Australia Bank). Do not trust them! It’s best to visit a branch in person, even if it's the next day. They claimed that my account had been hacked and attempted to get me to create a new account and transfer $10,000. Throughout the conversation, it became clear that I would have been scammed and lost my money.
