I got call from this number saying it was local PCYC selling tickets for their fundraising. I asked for the tickets to be posted and then I will send them money. But the girl said I have to pay for them over the phone, ha, ha! So I said I am not interested, she wasn't happy. If it is really PCYC, they haven't thought about this process too deeply.
