Rang my mobile 18/10/22 - left no message. I do not answer/reply to unknown numbers especially if they don't leave message. I block such numbers.
After doing some research, I found out that this number belongs to a legitimate research company affiliated with the Australian National University (ANU). They have listed all of their numbers on their website. This call was to conduct a survey for the Tasmanian Department of Health, and it's confirmed by their website that the Social Research Centre is conducting the survey this year.
I received an annoying call from an unknown number, which I chose not to answer. I generally avoid calls from numbers I do not recognize.
Thankfully, I missed this call—but even if I hadn't, I likely wouldn't have answered since it was from an unknown number. It’s unfortunate that such scams have made us wary of answering legitimate calls.

Phoned me at 5.30 pm saying they were national health line conducting a survey to improve health services and would take 20mins. I declined. They rang again 8 pm but didn't leave a message. Answering surveys is risky as can't verify caller and all sorts of info can be extracted and targeted...
It's scammer.
