As a merchant, I received an order today from this individual. Initially, they did not place any order — they only added items to the cart without making payment, yet claimed they had already paid and had not received an order confirmation email. I informed them directly that no payment had been made.

Shortly afterwards, they repeatedly added and removed items from the cart, and eventually placed an order using an Australian address and a fake name. Our system immediately flagged the order as fraudulent, and I cancelled it promptly.

Through a phone number search, I found this review. The registered email associated with it is milkwai2@gmail.com.

, and the account name is Milk Lai. Although this is likely just one of many fake emails and aliases used by this person, I hope this information will help others identify similar fraudulent activity.
