This guy Chris from Next Gen called every day for months asking to speak to my boss! And every day I would let him know that my boss was not available, "can I help you or take a message?" Every day he would say "tell him to call Chris, he knows what its about." I haven't heard from him since Dec. Third time you'd get the hint? Not him.

Calls himself Chris from NextGen, demands to take to director claiming they asked for a call back. When asking him what it is in regards to he become rude and states the director knows and "I'll tell the director when he calls back". If you push back he suddenly says "I'm busy and have other calls I can't talk"

Cold call, said he was from BT group. Made up a story that he was asked to follow up in June 2024.

When I mentioned that the person he asked for had retired, he kept saying he wanted to speak to the director. Knowing for a fact that he was not asked to follow us up as we deal with another company and are very happy with them, he got very rude, aggressive and condescending.

Don't know why they think that even if you were looking at phone systems, you would choose to go with a company that hires a rude, aggressive and condescending sales people.

By the way, we are with More Telecom and they have been fantastic!
