Got a sms saying someone had tried to use my debit card and that someone from Westpac would call me. Got a call a second later saying they were from Westpac. I was immediately suspicious. Said thanks I’ll call Westpac back directly and hung up.

Scam. Received text pretending to be from Westpac about blocked payment from eBay, to be followed up with a call, then received repeated calls from this number and another one similar. Clearly a scam.
