This was flagged by my phone as a spam number so I didn't answer. It's only 2 digits different from half a dozen numbers they've been using for the last few weeks, I notice other similar ones being reviewed here eg 02 9099 7904. Consistent with the scam and spam calls I've been getting for years since my number came up in another data breach (thanks to lazy big companies with poor security).

They would usually say they were Telstra or National Broadband Network and want to "confirm" my details - classic phishing for private information.

It's always some funny-looking interstate landline number, usually twice per day a couple of hours apart.
