This is some sort of scam caller, it is a foreign language recorded message. I did not answer the call so it went through to voice mail. It did have some options, I.e. press 1 for etc in English but this part was missed due to the voicemail starting to record part way through the message but I did hear the word DHL, it then went automatically to an "asian" sounding woman speaking in a foreign language.
