Scam!! First they sent me a text about $30 debt. I called them back and they said they were from Amazon stating someone was using my information online via netstat. They tried to get me to run netstat command then stated they would give me a 9 digit code that would wipe out the other IP that were connected to my PC. I hung up and blocked the number.
Missed call. Voicemail claiming the were from Amazon and deducting $99.99 from my bank account. And if I wanted to cancel I had to call and speak to their cancellation department. I do not have any connection with Amazon so I think I save myself a phone call.

The message was delivered by an automated voice speaking in Australian English, instructing me to press 1 if I did not want to be charged. If I pressed 1, I was connected to a person who had a strong foreign accent and introduced themselves with an improbable name made up of two common first names. As a result of this experience, I am going back to blocking all unknown numbers, which is quite inconvenient.
