Definitely don't answer. This is a scam caller masquerading as a salesforce. Block it.
I received a call from this number and was told it was a claims department(wouldn't tell me an Insurer name) telling me I am entitled for compensation from an accident I had in the last two years. I haven't had any accidents and the caller persisted in telling me I was entitled to compensation. They hung up on me when I asked if this was a scam.
Also received a phone call from this number every day for about two weeks at around the same time.. Silent on the other end of the phone for about 30 seconds, then a beep and an automated voice saying goodbye.

My mother had a phone call from this number also stating they were from the taxation office and wanted her to call a Canberra number. Definitely a scam if you ask me. Thankfully my mum hung up and rang me to ask if I had heard of any scams going around.
